Understanding production: The production numbers are based off the annual life insurance premium (amount the client pays). Example - Client decides to buy a $50/month policy, $50 x 12 months = $600 annually. This would be counted as $600 in premium. 

Representative (25% Contract): This is the initial contract.

Senior Representative (35% Contract): Complete 1 life sale.

District Leader (50% Contract): Complete 10 life sales with no time restriction.

Builders Bonus: Observe and/or complete 3 recruits by $3,000 in premium in one month. 

Division Leader (60% Contract): Complete $5,000 in premium in one month.

Regional Leader (70% Contract): Complete $7,500 in premium in one month.

Regional Vice President (110% Contract): Complete $10,000 in premium for two consecutive months.
